Kim Severson of Keene , VA , is currently ranked second on the FEI Eventing World Ranking list behind William Fox-Pitt of the United Kingdom. Three more United States riders are in the top ten on that ranking with David O'Connor of The Plains, VA at #5; Bruce Davidson, Sr. of Unionville, PA at #7: and Abigail Lufkin of Middleburg , VA at #8. Severson, O'Connor, and Lufkin have been named to the Short List for the 2004 Olympic Eventing Team.
