Cora:
Just got off the phone with Darren C (at l0 am today

Friday). He and John and Kim are marching with the US delegation into
the stadium tonight. He gave me the order of go: Kim, (Donald
must mean Amy Tryon here.)
Julie, Darren, John and Kim. The US drew l5th place to start
dressage, a good spot. (That
is, toward the end of the team rotation, which will remain the same through Cross
Country.) He is hoping that his ride will come at the end of the first
day, rather than the start of Monday. (Scores seem to get better later in a dressage
day. - usually,
Dressage scores get better in the second day.) Everyone is cool and
calm, poised to give their individual best. All the horses are healthy and the
riders in good spirits. Here we go!!! Donald Holland
