Sixty-six
horses trotted up before the Ground Jury (Donald M. Lee (IRE), Christian Landolt
(GBR) and Marilyn Payne (USA)) at the First Veterinary Inspection at Fair Hill
International starting at 2:00 PM.
All
sixty-six passed though one - Diana Burnett's Manny, was sent to
holding
and was passed upon re-inspection. (Ronald Zabala-Goetschel, of Ecuador and
Che Mr. Wiseguy are pictured at the right.)
Karen
O'Connor presented four - Upstage (Mr. and Mrs. Richard Thompson), Allstar (Rebecca
Broussard), Mandiba (Joan Goswell) and Hugh Knows (Mrs. Jacqueline Mars).
Phillip
Dutton presented three - Woodburn (Acorn Hill Farm), Match Play II (August Vettorino)
and The Foreman (Mrs. Anne Jones).
Among
those presenting two were Boyd Martin (AUS), Donna Smith (NZL), and Bonnie Mosser
(USA).
Canada
had the largest non-Americam contingent with eight; Australia was second with
two and New Zealand, Ireland, Great Britain, Ecuador, Mexico and The Netherlands

Two
full days of Dressage will begin on Thursday morning at 8:00 AM, if the schedule
on the Internet can be believed.
