Millbrook, NY – June 23, 2008 – Don’t miss this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to train with three of the world’s best equestrians – Olympian Jessica Kuerten, and Olympic Gold Medalists Mark Phillips and Leslie Law at the Gleneagles five-star resort in Auchterader, Scotland.

Daily lessons with the trainer of your choice will help improve your riding as well as your understanding of how to achieve success in dressage, eventing and show jumping. Choose from riding in one or two 90-minute group sessions per day with Kuerten, Law or Phillips. There is a maximum of six riders in each group to ensure that each rider receives ample attention from the clinician.

Captain Mark Phillips

Captain Mark Phillips, currently the coach of the United States Eventing Team, was a member of the Gold Medal winning British Three-Day Event Team at the 1972 Munich Olympic Games, and won back-to-back Championships at England’s legendary Badminton Horse Trials in 1971 and 1972.

During the clinic Phillips will coach riders through various exercises designed to increase their skill level and understanding of how to achieve success in the sport of eventing.

Leslie Law

Three-Day Event rider Leslie Law won a Gold Medal at the 2004 Athens Olympic Games, Silver at the 2000 Games in Sydney and a Bronze at the 2002 World Equestrian Games.(Leslie and Mystere du Val are pictured at the right jumping into the water at The Fork this spring.)

Leslie will help riders fine-tune their eventing skills while introducing his own methods and training points.

Jessica Kuerten

Show jumping rider Jessica Kuerten is currently ranked second in the FEI World Rankings and represented Ireland in the 2004 Athens Olympic Games. In 2007 she won the British Open Show Jumping Championship.

Jessica will be teaching riders the fine points of show jumping while helping to increase their skill and understanding of the sport.
